It's probably because of groups like the KK and the FFF submitting normal content to the portal and when it passes, they upload a different file. So the admins probably installed something that if you happen to try to update a flash it deletes it because they think you are going to put something shitty in there instead of the real thing.
BTW I like your flashes you are a good artist. The cloud one is my fave so far.
