In my recent post, I discussed leaving Newgrounds for a while due to many things going on in my life. Things HAVE been getting better but I'm still going to stay away from Newgrounds for a bit. I'm just making a Front Page post to reassure you guys that I'm still alive. Not like the two of you reading this actually care.

Well, since you're here. I wanted to know some feedback on my site, Tsunami-Productions.net. I wanted to know where could I improve it and what I should add in the future. It was released about a month or two ago, and I've been thinking of a redesign already with comment sections, rating review boxes, etc. But I just use CSS and HTML -- Should I get into Javascript and maybe use Wordpress for my site? Eh. Who knows. Just leave some feedback.

Another thing, I want to plug in a fun little cartoon I came across. Nathaniel Milburn released a pretty goofy cartoon recently and it turned out pretty damn good. It's short but sweet and I really enjoyed the details on the characters. Very professionally done. I swear that kid has some talent.

Another pretty good artist is actually featured on front page for his animation /Chuck's New Tux!. Which is a very impressive animation indeed. It seems like all his animations have a nice feel to it. The creator is Harry Partridge and he is very impressive with his animation skills.

To conclude this, I'd like to throw in this side note. It seems like Bug is actually creating something worthy again. Remember when he created "Ignorance is Bliss" And it was pretty damn good, and afterwards his Newgrounds account turned into complete rubble with horrible animations with Hitler and shit. Yeah, well he's actually making something pretty good and it looks very impressive. He created a newspost about the process... His style always reminds me of one of those sunday cartoons. I love it.

Well, guys you have a nice summer since it's approaching really fast. I have finals this week so that should be fun ! Woo. Ciaro!

It seems that you're getting a little too ahead of yourself and your website, it hasn't been out too long and -though change is great to think about- immediately you want to change things. I would take it one step at a time, let everything "sink in" and relax.

Going by the first thing that caught my eye, the site could be more esthetically pleasing. It's great to start off with, but I'd suggest creating something like a logo, or making the pages look a little more flashy and slick.

Hm, I understand completely. You make a good point, maybe I am getting a bit too ahead of myself. I'll try to start designing a logo sometime soon -- and we'll see where it goes from there.

I don't necessarily have an animation style.. I have a very broad outlook on styles. It would be nice to see work by Bug again, I agree.

Hmm, I don't think I have ever seen any of your stuff, but glad to know you aren't dead! As for Nathaniel Milburn's cartoon, werid but well animated (and short). I saw Chuck's New Tux like right when it was submitted and I was laughing my ass off so hard, I loved that. It's even on my favorites now :D. And I am way to lazy to read Bug's thing, but the pictures looked promising. Oh and as for your website, I really don't know. Hope you don't fuck up your finals!

I haven't ever seen you around either, and yes -- I'm alive ! Nathaniel's work is promising, it always is. He has a unique style which I always enjoy. As for Chuck's New Tux -- I saw it around when it was submitted as well -- and it has the professional I'd like to see a movie by this guy type of feel. Hopefully, Harry Partridge looks into making a feature movie. That'd be promising.

And I hope I don't fuck up either :)

To whom were fans of the Animation Challenge Week submissions as well as whom participated in them. It has come to my attention that I will not be taking part in any of the future submissions from now on.

After claiming the crew a daily feature and daily 2nd, I will no longer be with you guys. I was planning to leave after Weeks 7-9's submission to make a little sweet goodbye compiled flash but Sweetskater (the original host/creator) has asked me to just resign at the moment so he can take over.

So from now on, Your man Sweet Skater will be creating the new Week Animation Challenges.

So farewell, and thanks for participating in them while I was around. See you guys in the near future. Hopefully, Sweetskater will release Week 8 for you guys sometime today. So look out for that.

I have no idea what to say. I have no control over the weeklies anymore. Sweetskater wanted to do his own thing and replaced with with Burningbunnies -- They haven't been doing the weeklies much recently which I expected... I expected them to fall apart after I left but whatever. Please don't complain to me aobut this, I have no control over these anymore.
